The Florida Department of Citrus announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Commission will convene for the purpose of standing committee meetings and the regularly scheduled meeting of the Florida Citrus Commission. The Commission will address issues pertaining to budget items and revisions, contracts, advertising programs, program evaluation measurements, licensing, issues pertaining to Chapter 601, F.S., rulemaking; and any other matter addressed during regular meetings of the Commission. The Commission will go into closed session pursuant to the provisions of Section 286.011 (8), F.S., to address issues related to Case # 2013CA-003581-0000-00 Agrosource, Inc., Plaintiff vs. State of Florida, Florida Department of Citrus, Defendants. The parties attending the closed session will be commissioners J.A Clark, III, Michael J. Garavaglia, Jr., Michael W. Haycock, Vernon Hollingsworth, III, James S. Horrisberger, G. Ellis Hunt, Jr., Martin J. McKenna, Virginia S. Pena, Michael O.
