NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 27, 2013, the Electrical Contractors’ Licensing Board received a petition for Donald R. Cox, Jr., seeking a variance or waiver of Rule 61G6-5.002, Florida Administrative Code, which requires that an applicant for certification by examination or by endorsement shall submit a complete application on the form prescribed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation together with all supporting data.
