NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 81, April 27, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

 

The notice of proposed rule in Volume 41, Number 81, April 27, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register did not include a complete summary of statement of estimated regulatory costs and legislative ratification.  Notice is hereby given that the notice of proposed rule published by the Southwest Florida Water Management District on April 27, 2015 should have read:

 

The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: The District’s economic analysis of the adverse impact or potential regulatory costs of the proposed rule amendments did not reveal any adverse impacts or costs in excess of the criteria established in Section 120.541(2)(a), Florida Statutes.

 

This correction does not affect the substance of the rule as originally published in the April 27, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
