The Florida Public Service Commission announces a hearing in the following docket to which all persons are invited.

DOCKET NO. AND TITLE: Docket No. 130208-EI ‒ Petition for limited proceeding to approve revised and restated stipulation and settlement agreement by Duke Energy Florida, Inc. d/b/a Duke Energy.

DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, October 16, 2013, 9:30 a.m.

PLACE: Room 148, Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED AT THE HEARING: The purpose of this hearing is for the Commission to consider the Duke Energy Florida, Inc.’s Petition for Limited Proceeding to Approve Revised and Restated Stipulation and Settlement Agreement, and to consider any motions or other matters that may be pending at the time of the hearing. October 17, 2013, has also been reserved for continuation of the hearing if needed. The starting time of the next day’s session will be announced at the conclusion of the prior day. The hearing may be adjourned early if all testimony is concluded. At that time, the Commission may render a bench decision. If no bench decision is rendered following the conclusion of all testimony being entered into the record, the Commission will hold a Special Agenda Conference to render a decision on Thursday, October 24, 2013.
