    Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 177, September 11, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    The summary of the rule repeals for the Notice of Proposed Rule for Rule Chapter 62-45, F.A.C., Permits for Maintenance Dredging in Deepwater Ports, published in Volume 41, Number 177, on September 11, 2015, should have stated: The port maintenance dredging exemption specified in sec. 403.813(3), F.S., is listed as a Maintenance and Restoration exempt activity in Rule 62-330.051(7)(g), F.A.C.
