Lake Wales Medical Center emergency service exemption

The Agency for Health Care Administration has received an application for an emergency service exemption from Lake Wales Medical Center located at 410 S 11th St, Lake Wales, FL 33853 pursuant to Section 395.1041 (3), Florida Statutes and Rule 59A-3.255, Florida Administrative Code. The hospital is requesting an emergency service exemption for Urology, Orthopedics, & Nephrology. Comments received within 15 days of publication will be considered by the Agency prior to making a determination of exemption status.
