    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Accountancy has received the petition for declaratory statement from Michele K. Sheerahamed, CPA, filed on August 27, 2014. The petition seeks the agencys opinion as to the applicability of Rule 61H1-23.002, F.A.C., as it applies to the petitioner.
