61C-1.002Licensing and Inspection Requirements

PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To implement Chapter 2015-143 Laws of Florida.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: The proposed rule will allow a current license holder to participate in a temporary event of any duration with no additional licensing requirement, adopt the new food service inspection form and change the division’s reassessment of an establishment’s inspection frequency from annually to as needed.
