    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: At 2:00 p.m. ET, the Council’s Victim Witness Protection (VWP) Review Committee will dial-in to hold its “closed” meeting to address VWP funding requests. The Council will discuss active criminal investigative information or active criminal intelligence information. Because of this, under the authority of F.S. 943.031(7), the meeting will be closed to the public, and is exempt from Florida’s ‘Sunshine Law’ found at F.S. 286.011 and Section 24(b), Article I of the State Constitution.
