NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 29, 2018, the South Florida Water Management District (District), received a petition for Variance (Application 180829-10) from Broward County, 3600 W Sample Road, Coconut Creek, FL 33073 for the Administration Office located at 96 NW 38th Street, Oakland Park and the Boulevard Gardens Community Center located at 313 NW 28th Terrace, unincorporated Broward County. The Petition seeks relief from provisions in subsection 40E-24.201(7), Florida Administrative Code, which states that irrigation of existing landscaping shall be conducted on specific days, pursuant to Section 120.542, Fla. Stat. and Rule 28-104, Florida Administrative Code.
