NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 30, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-48.0072(21)(b) F.A.C., from Casa Juarez, LLC requesting to extend the deadline for the firm loan commitment from September 28, 2019 to December 28, 2019.
