NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 30, 2019, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, received a petition for waiver of paragraph 67-48.004(3)(g) F.A.C. (2018) for a Change in Development Type from Cannery Row at Redlands Crossing, LLLP to change the development type from "Mid-Rise 4 Stories" to "High-Rise".
