“RFP 10646 – The Department seeks proposals to provide Evening Report Centers (ERC) in two locations in Pinellas County for youth placed on Supervised Release and Court Ordered to an ERC. Services shall be implemented by February 1, 2020 as specified in Attachment I of the RFP.
