GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To receive public comments on proposed amendments to Florida Administrative Code Chapter 62-640, entitled Biosolids, which regulates and ensures the proper treatment, management, and use of biosolids. The draft amendments incorporate biosolids provisions from Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida, and revise monitoring and permitting criteria for the land application and management of biosolids.
