The Public Employees Relations Commission hereby gives notice: On September 2, 2020, the Public Employees Relations Commission issued a final order in Case No. MS-2020-057 granting an unopposed emergency petition for variance from Florida Administrative Code Rule 60CC-4.002 filed by Kelly Osterman, Elizabeth Kiebel and the United Faculty of Florida. The variance allows the Petitioners to conduct all aspects of a ratification election electronically. The Public Employees Relations Commission determined that the Petitioners had demonstrated an emergency existed and that they would suffer a substantial hardship if the variance was not granted. No comments were received to the petition.
