NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 27, 2024, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for waiver of subparagraph 65D-30.0142(1)(e)(5), Florida Administrative Code, from Metro Treatment of Florida, L.P. subparagraph 65D-30.0142(1)(e)(5) requires, in pertinent part, the initial assessment for methadone medication-assisted treatment to be conducted in person.
