NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Florida Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes, Department of Business and Professional Regulation, State of Florida, has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Aventura Marina One Condominium Association, Inc., Docket No. 2008024085 on April 21, 2008. The following is a summary of the agency’s disposition of the petition: It is ordered that Aventura Marina Owners’ Association, Inc. is a condominium association as defined by Section 718.103(2), Florida Statutes, and Aventura Marina One Condominium Association, Inc. may not require the master association to amend the governing documents to designate a seat on the board to Aventura One in this proceeding.
