NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 01, 2017, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Royal Marco Point II at 4000 Royal Marco Way, Marco Island, FL. Petitioner seeks a variance of the requirements of ASME A17.1, Section 8.6.4.5.1, as adopted by subsection 61C-5.001(1), Florida Administrative Code, that requires safety mechanisms to be kept lubricated and free from rust which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
