UNF Science & Engineering Building 50 Renovation
Gilbane Building Company in contract with the University of North Florida to perform construction management services for the UNF Science & Engineering Building Renovation Project invite Trade Contractors and Venders to become pre-qualified for the construction of the renovation project. This work will generally include, but may not be limited to, Demolition, Misc. Metals, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Framing and Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. A bid date is scheduled for Thursday, 9/27/2018 by 2:00 p.m., and a Pre-Bid Meeting for 8:00 a.m., Monday, 9/17/2018 at Building 50 is scheduled for Trade Contractors to become more familiar with the existing conditions. Minority, Women Owned, Small, and Veteran Owned businesses are encouraged to participate.
