NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 49 No. 172, September 5, 2023 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The Department is extending the application submission period previously noticed in the Florida Administrative Register Vol. 49/No. 139 for 10 additional days until September 15, 2023.

APPLICATION SUBMISSION PERIOD: August 1-September 15, 2023. Applications can now be submitted through the Department’s Grantee Portal (Portal) at https://fdep.force.com/grants/s/. The Portal will not accept any applications submitted after 5:00 p.m. on September 15, 2023. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
