Graney Jr., P.E., on behalf of KTD Consulting Engineers, on August 15, 2007, regarding whether section 905.1 #2, Florida Building Code, Building Volume (2004 as amended 12/05 and 12/06) requires the installation of standpipes inside a four story town home. It has been assigned the number DCA07-DEC-159.
