    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Psychology has received the petition for declaratory statement from Jerome H. Poliacoff, Ph.D., filed on August 8, 2012. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Sections 61.122 and 490.009(1)(r), Florida Statues, and whether there is a conflict between Section 61.122 and 490.009(1)(r), Florida Statutes as it applies to the petitioner.

    The Petitioner seeks the Board’s interpretation of sections 61.122 and 490.009(1)(r), Florida Statues, and whether there is a conflict between Sections 61.122 and 490.009(1)(r), Florida Statutes in regards to procedures for investigating disciplinary complaints.
