NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 42 No. 130, July 6, 2016 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

(3) A professional engineer utilizing an electronic signature to electronically sign and seal engineering plans, specifications, reports or other documents other than through the FDOT PEDDS system shall:
