NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 43 No. 120, June 21, 2017 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

(d) “Technical Assistance” means a Ddepartment offer of assistance to a licensee or registrant to correct the statutory or regulatory violations.
(e) “Violation” is means a noncompliance with a licensing standard as described in an inspection report resulting from an inspection under section 402.311, Florida Statutes, as follows with regard to Class I, Class II, and Class III Violations.
