DATE AND TIME: AMENDED – Tuesday, September 19, 2017, 4:30 p.m.; The Governing Board meeting is scheduled to begin; The Public Hearing on Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Tentative Millage and Tentative Budget Adoption will begin at 5:05 p.m.
