NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 30, 2018, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety, received a petition for Mitch Dever lawyer Office at 400 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL. Petitioner seeks an emergency variance of the requirements of Rule 5.2.1.16.5, ASME A17.1, 2013 edition, as adopted by Rule 61C-5.001, Florida Administrative Code, that requires a maximum rise of 25ft which poses a significant economic/financial hardship.
