NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 08, 2006 Department of Environmental Protection, Bureau of Petroleum Storage Systems, received a petition for variance from Valero, LP, from the requirement that the dike field area have secondary containment pursuant to Rule 62-762.501(2)(c), Florida Administrative Code.
