    GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: To receive public comments on the development of three proposed environmental resource noticed general permits in Chapter 62-341, F.A.C., regarding public mooring fields, public boat ramps, and public marinas within the geographical limits of the South Florida, Southwest Florida, St. Johns River and Suwannee River Water Management Districts. Concurrent rulemaking in Chapter 62-312, F.A.C., on proposed wetland resource general permits for public mooring fields, public boat ramps and public marinas will be discussed at these same workshops. This rulemaking is required in accordance with Section 373.118(5) of the Florida Statutes. These three noticed general permits have been assigned OGC Nos 05-1663 (public mooring fields), 05-1659 (public boat ramps), and 05-1661 (public marinas).
