The Construction Industry Licensing Board hereby gives notice:

Of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on April 12, 2016, by Richard Albert Stolte. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 42, No. 85, of the May 2, 2016, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioner sought a waiver or variance from the requirement of achieving a passing score on the Business and Finance Examination. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on June 9, 2016, in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The Board’s Order, filed on August 31, 2016, denied the petition finding that Petitioner has not demonstrated a substantial hardship or is affected in a manner significantly different from the way the rule affects other similarly situated persons who are subject to the rule.
