The Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Bureau of Elevator Safety hereby gives notice:

On September 6, 2016, the Department issued a Final Order that was in response to a Petition for Variance from LaNapolera Restaurant, filed July 20, 2016, and advertised on July 25, 2016, in Vol.42, No.143 of the Florida Administrative Register. No comments were received in response to the petition. The Final Order on the Petition for Variance denies the Petitioner a variance from a code that has not been adopted by the Division because the Petitioner has not provided the necessary information to make a decision on the petition (VW2016-171).
