NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Department of Corrections has received a petition for declaratory statement from Simei DaSilva, DC# L61630. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of § 944.8031(3), Florida Statutes, Rules 33-601.713 and 33-601.714, Florida Administrative Code, and subsection 33-601.721(9), Florida Administrative Code, as they apply to the petitioner.
