NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Commission on Human Relations has received the petition for declaratory statement from Elias Makere. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of subsection 760.06(4), Fla. Stat. as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner asks whether a respondent is allowed to bribe the Florida Commission on Human Relations during the investigative phase of a discrimination case.
