NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 46 No. 175, September 8, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The following changes are made in response to written comments received from the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee.

 

The Agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein. The Department conducted an informal economic analysis of the potential impact of the proposed rule and determined that there will be no adverse economic impact and regulatory costs will go down.

 

In addition, the Department has corrected the history note in the rulemaking authority from 373.303 to 376.303 and the forms incorporated by reference have been updated.  For more details on the forms, please see the Notice of Change for this rule.
