NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on August 30, 2019, the Department of Children and Families, received a petition for variance of subsection 65E-4.016(1), Florida Administrative Code, from Turning Tides Eating Disorder Treatment Centers, LLC, assigned Case No. 19-014W. Subsection 65E-4.016(1), F.A.C., states in pertinent part: Residential treatment facilities that primarily provide treatment for eating disorders, weight loss programs, substance abuse or other specialty psychiatric treatment program are excluded from licensure under this rule.
