The AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The Agency is proposing to amend Rule 59A-35.110, F.A.C., to incorporate a form for annual incident reporting for hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers. Further, the requirement for submission of liability claims reports will be removed, and language regarding submission of late reports for assisted living facilities and nursing homes will be revised.
