PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To establish a new rule and scholarship program that will provide eligible law enforcement trainees with financial assistance.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: This new rule will address all aspects of the program as related to applicants, postsecondary institutions, and the Department of Education, Office of Student Financial Assistance.
