PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose and effect of this rule development notice is to amend regulations in Fish Management Areas in the 2016 calendar year as a result of stock assessments, or other management, or enforcement requirements. Amendments may also be made to address ambiguity, improve wording, and general cleanup in the rules relating to freshwater fish.
