NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December 18, 2018, the Department of Environmental Protection, received a petition for variance from Lake Toho Resort, LLC. The petition requested a variance to allow a 25’ setback to the property line. subsection 62-610.421(2), F.A.C., which states the permittee shall maintain a setback distances of 100 feet between the wetted site area subject to land application and the site property line. The facility is located at 4715 Kissimmee Park Road, St. Cloud, FL 34772. The petition has been assigned OGC No.19-0036 and File No. FLA010965-008.
