    6A-1.09441Requirements for Programs and Courses Which are Funded Through the Florida Education Finance Program and for Which the Student May Earn Credit Toward High School Graduation

    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To establish the requirements for public K-12 student course and program enrollment to generate funding through the Florida Education Finance Program (FEFP). The requirements established in this rule must also be met for the student to receive credit toward high school graduation for a course or program. The purpose of the amendment will be to incorporate the 2023-2024 Course Code Directory and Instructional Personnel Assignments, which catalogs the courses and programs that will generate FEFP funding and apply toward high school graduation requirements for the 2023-2024 academic year.
