- This emergency rule sets forth the drawing procedures for the following Florida Lottery Draw games: FLORIDA LOTTO®; FANTASY 5®; JACKPOT TRIPLE PLAY™, PICK 2™, PICK 3™, PICK 4™ and PICK 5™ (PICK Daily Games™). The rule is being updated to reflect updates to the PICK Daily Games™ drawing procedures. This emergency rule replaces Emergency Rule 53ER20-80.
