    NOTICE OF CHANGE

    Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 208, October 25, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

    The following changes were precipitated by comments received from the general public during a public hearing on December 1, 2022 and from written comments received from the public during the rulemaking process.

     

    61A-3.055 Items Customarily Sold in a Restaurant.

    As used in Section 565.045, F.S., items customarily sold in a restaurant shall only include the following:

    (1) Food; or

    (2) Beverages; or

    (3) Souvenirs; or

    (4) Gift cards or gift certificates.; or

    (5) Services or sales authorized in the “Florida Public Lottery Act,” Section 24.122(4), F.S.
