NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 41 No. 237, December 9, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Summary of the Statement of Estimated Regulatory Costs approved by the agency is corrected to include the following:
The agency has determined that the proposed rule is not expected to require legislative ratification based on the statement of estimated regulatory costs or if no SERC is required, the information expressly relied upon and described herein: the economic review conducted by the agency. Any person who wishes to provide information regarding the statement of estimated regulatory costs, or to provide a proposal for a lower cost regulatory alternative must do so in writing within 21 days of this notice.
The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking is corrected to state:
The Rule Development was published on October 30, 2015.
