NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 40, No. 13, January 21, 2014 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The Notice of Proposed Rule, as advertised on December 26, 2013, did not properly cite the published rule development date for Rule 59C-1.0355, F.A.C.
DATE NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULE DEVELOPMENT PUBLISHED IN FAR: July 3, 2013 (Volume 39/44).
In addition, Section 400.606(3)-(4) FS. was incorrectly cited in the law implemented section and should be removed. It should read:
LAW IMPLEMENTED: 408.034(3), 408.035, 408.036(1)(d), 408.043(2) FS.
