NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39, No. 162, August 20, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The changes are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The changes are as follows:

Section (2) shall read as follows:

(2) The examination fee for the Florida Section is three hundred dollars ($300.00), of which two hundred and eighty-two dollars ($282.00) is payable to the Department and is due at the time of application, and eighteen dollars ($18.00) is payable to the Department’s contracted testing service and is due at the time of the testing. The following is the examination fee schedule for the Landscape Architectural Registration Examination and the Florida Section:

Section A 1Fee is set by and payable to the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards.

Section B 2Fee is set by and payable to the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards.

Section C 3Fee is set by and payable to the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards.

Section D 4Fee is set by and payable to the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards.

Section EFee is set by and payable to the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards.

Florida Section $300.00 of which, $282.00 is payable to the Department and is due at the time of application, $18.00 is payable to the Department’s contracted testing service, and is due at the time of the testing.

 

Section 455.217(7), F.S. is being added to Law Implemented.
