NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 25, 2024, the Board of Pharmacy, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Shruti Patel, seeking a waiver of the requirement of subsection 64B16-26.203(4), Florida Administrative Code, that states that passing examination scores may be used upon reapplication only if the examination was completed within three (3) years of the reapplication.
