NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 25, 2024, the Board of Pharmacy, received a petition for variance or waiver filed by Olympia Pharmaceuticals, seeking a waiver of the requirement of subsection 64B16-28.102(1), Florida Administrative Code, which states an adequate sink in workable condition and running water easily accessible to the prescription counter shall be provided for the prescription department of each pharmacy and shall be available during the hours when the prescription department is normally open for the business related to prescriptions.
