NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 8, 2014, the Department of Environmental Protection received a petition for waiver from paragraphs 62-701.630(3)(a) and 62-701.630(3)(b), F.A.C., which require the owner or operator of a solid waste disposal facility provide closing cost estimates for financial assurance that are based upon a third party performing the work and include the cost of cover soils rather than allowing the use of on-site soils. Orange County Environmental, LLC filed the petition and its facility which is the subject of this waiver is located at 7902 Avalon Road, Winter Garden, Florida, in Section 29, Township 23 South, Range 27 East in Orange County. The petition has been assigned OGC # 14-0562.
