    PURPOSE AND EFFECT: The purpose of this rulemaking is to update and clarify existing language, remove unnecessary language, and provide the process for permitees to submit reports electronically through the Division’s Electronic Database System (EDS) as required following the signing of Senate Bill 1966 by Governor DeSantis.

    SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: This rulemaking will address the process for permitees to electronically submit required monthly reports.
