61J2-1.011License Fees

NOTICE OF CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 48 No. 170, August 31, 2022 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.

The changes are based upon written comments received by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee and subsequent vote by the Commission at a duly-noticed public meeting held on September 22, 2022, in Orlando, Florida.

The rule now reads as follows:

61J2-1.011 License Fees.

(1) through (2) No change.

(3) The initial fee for licensure shall be as follows:

(a) Broker	$54.00
(b) Sales Associate	$46.75 48.00
(c) School Instructor	$46.75 48.00

(4) Subsequently, tThe biennial renewal fees for licensure shall be as follows:

(a) through (c) No change.

(5) through (11) No change.
