NOTICE OF CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the above-referenced emergency rule notice was published in Vol. 39, No. 199, of the October 11, 2013, issue of the Florida Administrative Register (FAR). The Summary stated that “Under the authority of Section 893.05, Florida Statutes, additional substances are being added to Schedule I, subsection 893.03(1)(c), F.S.”  The Summary should have stated that “Under the authority of Section 893.035, Florida Statutes, additional substances are being added to Schedule I, subsection 893.03(1)(c), F.S.”

This correction does not affect the substance of the emergency rule as originally published in the October 11, 2013 issue of the FAR.
